When you have finished shopping, proceed through Checkout and pay via our secure server, Paypal. All payments are handled by trusted 3rd party payment gateways, they are responsible for the security of the transaction and all have up to date SSL certificates. YOU DON'T NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL JUST A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

UK Postage:
We post all orders by either First Class Post, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Parcelforce. A signature is required for orders posted by Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Parcelforce.

Orders for canvas paintings/photographs £5
Orders for jewellery £1
With a combination of products ordered (eg 1 Bracelet and 10 cards) just the higher priced postage (£1) will apply.

International Postage:
We ship orders by Royal Mail Airmail or Royal Mail Airsure, which is a track and trace insured delivery service. It does not require a signature upon receipt.
Orders £5.00 to £44.99 -- £4.95
Orders over £45.00 -- £6.95
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We do not post on Saturday and Sunday. All Special Delivery orders placed after 12:00m on Friday will be posted on Monday.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase from "so dotty". If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage and packaging charges). Please notify us by email if you wish to return an item and get a receipt for proof of posting.
All exchanges will be charged postage and packaging for the new item.
All returned items must be suitably packaged to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. We will not refund items that are damaged during shipping.
We recommend that you return items using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will not issue a refund for items that are not received.
Please use the correct postage for all returns. Packages without the correct postage will not be accepted.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is found to be damaged upon receipt, we will refund the cost of the item or send a replacement (postage and packaging charges are non-refundable). We require a photo of the damaged item via email prior to a refund being made. |
PRINTED CATALOGUE
We have a printed catalogue of our greeting cards and can post it to you by request. |

PRODUCT VARIATION
Due to the manufacturing processes, we cannot guarantee colour continuity or colour fastness.
Whilst every effort is made to represent an item accurately, it is possible that the images shown may vary slightly from the actual product due to variations in computer monitors. Product images are not to scale.
All items remain the property of "so dotty" until payment has been received.
All sales are subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
